2 1/2 cups cooked brown rice
2 cups baby spinach
8 halved, pitted black olives
Zest of 3 lemons
Juice of 2 lemons
1/2 tsp sea salt
1/2 tsp ground black pepper
1/2 cup low-fat feta cheese, crumbled
1/2 cup (packed) fresh basil, chiffonaded
