Brussels sprouts: I use leftovers
1 cup artichoke hearts (Used Cento, drained and rinsed)

1 cup cooked Lundberg Golden Rose Brown Rice
or baked multigrains (recipe in collection)
1 cup cooked lentils

You can substitute any vegetables to equal 2 cups. I like grated carrot and garlic. You can also substitute other cooked beans. If you are using canned beans, drain and rinse.

Put all ingredients in the bowl of a food processor.If you like your vegetables to be more visible, just pulse everything a couple of times.
