Here is how you make Creamy Mushroom Rice:

Melt together butter and olive oil in pan over low heat. Add dry uncooked rice to pan to toast. Once rice begins to brown add in chopped shallot, celery and mushrooms along with boullion cubes. Continue toasting rice while cooking veggies a bit. Then add 2 cups of water, bring to boil then cover pot and turn off heat, let sit for about 5 minutes.
