Combine ingredients in a 1 quart pot with a snug fitting lid. Bring to a boil on high, for about 5 minutes. Stir occasionally. Place lid on pot and decrease tempurtere to low. Simmer for about 55 minutes or until your desired tenderness. Makes about 10 serving at 3/4 cup serving size.
