Let rice stand in bowl of hot water while you place the rest of the ingredients in pot and bring to boil. (amount of water depends and the rice and if you like it drier or more risotto-like).When the water comes to a boil (and you'ce stirred it to dissolve the bouillon) rinse the rice under warm running water, strain it well and add it to the pot. After it reaches a boil once more, stir it and lower the heat as far down as you can. Cover and let cook for about 40 mn.At the end of cooking time stir once more.
