Here is how you make Russian Rice pilaf:

cut meat about 1 inch cubes including with fat( do not take lean meat because pilaf came out very dry) place into pot with hit up oil and brown it. when it is brown add cut onion and cook until golden brown. Next, add carrot and cook about 3-4min. While you frying meat and onion, boil water. After carrot is ready add can of tomato sauce and boiling water then wait until it is start boiling again then add rice(1:2) , salt and pepper and bay leaves to taste and place on medium flame with cover.
