1 T sesame oil + 1 t.
1 t fresh grated ginger root
2 cloves garlic, thinly sliced.
2 T Sesame Ginger soy Vinegarette (trader joes)
salt and pepper to taste

Fried Rice:
4 cups jasmine rice - prepared with chicken broth and pinch of chinese five spice powder
2 slices of bacon cut into very thin strips
1/4 med jalapeno minced
2 T sesame oil
1 T soy sauce
5 T chopped scallions

Here is how you make Asian Pork with Fried Rice:

Cook bacon for rice until very crisp. Drain on coffee filters or paper towels and set aside.Prepare all the vegetables and meat for both dishes.In a wok or saute pan, saute pork in 1 T sesame oil until well browned. Add 1 t. more sesame oil with the ginger and garlic. Cook until it the ginger is aromatic, about 2 min. Add vegetable with 3 T of water and cook until tender, but still crisp. Toss in 2T of sesame ginger soy vinegaretteSet aside and wipe pan. Add 2 T. sesame oil. Heat the oil. Add the jalapeno and cook until soft. Turn heat to high and add rice. Cook, stirring frequently until rice is hot.
