Preheat Oven to 350 Degrees.Heat oil in large skillet over medium high heat and brown pork chops on both sides, set chops aside. Drain and reserve the onions from the soup, add enough beef broth to soup to make 3 cups of broth. Add the onions and the rice to the broth. Spread on the bottom of a 9" x 13" baking dish and place pork chops on top of rice.
