1 cup Brown Rice, long grain (uncooked)
1 cup frozen green beans
45 grams Corn Starch (3 tablespoons of water and 3 tablespoons cornstarch)

Here is how you make Pork and Rice stew:

Begin by seasoning the roast as desired. I always use no sodium seasonings such as Mrs. Dash, Crushed Red Pepper, Powders instead of salts, etc. Place roast in a Dutch Oven (6qt. or larger pot). Cut the potatoes into quarters. Slice the onion into 4 wedges and then cut wedges into 3 sections each. Add potatoes, onions, green beans, and carrots to Dutch Oven. Bring to a boil and reduce heat to medium. Cover and cook until pork is cooked (about 1 hours with internal temp of 180 degrees). Meanwhile cooked 1c. uncooked rice as directed on package.Slice roast into about 5-7 sliced. Then cut 3 slices and then cut slices into about 12 pieces each. Return to juice. Now empty the 2 powder gravy mixes into a measuring cup. Add only 1/2 c. of water. Mix well with a fork. add to juice to increase flavor. Add the cornstarch mix for thickening. Continue to cook on low heat for 30 minutes. Add the 2 cups cooked rice to the stew mix.
