2 tsp. fl oz oysters sauce (or fish sauce, optional)
6 oz Pork, fresh, loin, center rib (chops), boneless, separable lean only, cooked, braised
1 tbsp Eden Selected Toasted Sesame Oil


How Do I Make Pork Fried Rice?

Here is how you make Pork Fried Rice:

Melt 1/2 tablespoon of butter in large skillet over medium-high heat. Add eggs and cook until scrambled, stirring occasionally. Remove eggs; set aside. Add 1 tablespoon of butter to pan and once melted add garlic, peas and carrots; saute' approximately 5 minutes or until carrots are tender. Turn burner up to high; add remaining 1 1/2 tablespoons of butter and stir in rice , soy sauce, fish sauce and cut up meat. Cook while stirring for additional 3-5 minutes, until all ingredients are thoroughly mixed and heated. Remove from heat and stir in eggs and toasted sesame oil until combined. Serve immediately; store leftovers in air-tight container. Serving Size:?6-8 servings
