1 can diced tomatoes, no salt added
1/2 cup dry lentils
3/4 cup dry brown rice
1 tsp chili powder
1/4 cup flour
1 tsp thyme

Here is how you make Pork lentils, rice and tomatoes:

Get the brown rice cooking per instructions.Prep the Pork by removing all visible fat, and dicing into bite sized hunks. In a bag mix the flour, chili powder, and thyme. Add the chopped pork, coating well. Spray a non stick pan and warm it up. Add the pork, tossing it often to cook well. Add the lentils, tomatoes and about 1 1/2 cups water. Bring to a boil. Reduce heat, cover and simmer about 20 minutes, or until lentils are tender. Remove the cover.When the rice is done, add it to the pork, lentil and tomatoes.
