Here is how you make Pork with veggies over rice:

Pour 1 tbsp olive oil in large pot, heat over low heat. In the meantime, cut pork chops into bite size pieces. Season pork with a pinch of salt and pepper. Once oil is hot put pork in pan to brown. Stir from time to time while browning. In the meantime, peal and chop onion and carrots, and chop celery. Stir pork, add sage, continue browning. Once pork is fully browned add onion, carrots and celery. Stir, continue to cook, turn heat up to medium. Add about a cup of vegetable broth and minced garlic clove also add Worcester sauce and sweet and tangy mustard. Stir together. While that is cooking, cut broccoli and cauliflower into pieces. In smaller pot cook 2 cups of rice according to package instructions. Back to other pot, sprinkle 1 tbsp of flour over pork, onion, carrot, celery mixture. Stir in all dry flour, then add broccoli and cauliflower pieces, stir again. Let cook for 2 to 3 minutes, then pour in remaining vegetable broth, continue cooking.
