Here is how you make Southwest Pork Fried Rice:

Prepare Success Brown Rice according to package instructions. Drain. Heat EVO in wok or large skillet. Stir fry precooked (or uncooked) seasoned pork fajita meat. When meat is cooked push meat up the side of the wok, add precooked rice. Stir fry 1 minute. Push up the side of the wok, add eggbeaters. Cook 1 minute. When egg is cooked mix with rice and pork. Add vegetables and steam about 3 minutes until heated through and vegetables are cooked.
