Soak the raisins in warm water for about 15-30 minutes as well.Drain the rice and raisins.Melt and brown the butter over medium heat in a fry pan. Add the rice. Brown the rice a bit (about 7min).Add the rice and raisins to the rice cooker pot and pour in the 400cc of broth.
