32 oz Pork Sausage, fresh, bulk, cooked
1.5 cup, chopped Sweet peppers (bell)
.5 cup, sliced Jalapeno Peppers
1 cup, chopped Onions, raw
1 stick Margarine, hard
3 tbsp Crisco Pure Vegetable Oil
3 cup Rice A Roni - Creamy 4 Cheese
1 cup Campbell's Cream of Chicken Soup (98% fat free)


How Do I Make Hot Sausage and Rice?

Here is how you make Hot Sausage and Rice:

Brown peppers and onions in butter/oil mixture. Drain and rinse. Set aside. Brown sausage in same skillet. Drain and rinse. Set aside. Cook rice in same skillet according to directions on the box. When rice is done, add cheese seasoning, soup, and combine with sausage and onion/peppers. Can be eaten immediately, or you can bake it for a while to set it up more.
