Make the rice as normal but add in basil, pepper and italian seasonings when done cooking.Saute garlic and onion in 1 tbsp olive oil until soft. Add in the peppers and broccoli and cook till al dente.Add the other tbsp of olive oil and shrimp. Add white wine and juice of 1/2 lemon.Cook shrimp until done.
