Boil the water to cook your rice in a large skillet, but add the chicken bouillon cube to the water and dissolve before adding the rice.While the rice is cooking, boil the 2 cups of frozen peas in 1 cup boiling water for 3-4 minutes and remove the tails from the shrimp.Drain the peas.Remove the lid from the rice and add the peas, the shrimp and the olive oil.
