Here is how you make Ruby's Shrimp and Rice:

Melt butter, add flour and brown, 3-4 minutes. Add onion, green pepper, and orange pepper. Cook until soft, 5-7 minutes. Add broth, diced tomatoes, crushed tomatoes and seasoning. (Cajun seasoning - 1.5 tsp, paprika - .5 tsp., salt, .5 tsp, and a pinch of cayenne) Bring to a boil and simmer for 30 minutes on low.Mean while, prepare rice according to package.Add rice and shrimp to broth and let stand for 15 minutes.
