Three small portabella mushrooms about 3 oz

4 cups hot, cooked long grain white rice (Brown rice if fine, I just do not like brown rice!)

1 tablespoon butter (Optional, but included in nutritional information)

Garlic powder and steak seasoning to taste.

Here is how you make Shrimp and Portabella Rice:

Slice the mushrooms, sprinkle with steak seasoning to taste, and saute in 1/2 tablespoon butter until slightly browned. Remove from pan and set aside.Sprinkle shrimp with garlic powder and steak seasoning to taste and saute in remaining butter until done. Not long five minutes, or so until they turn from pink to white. Each serve over hot cooked rice. Each serving is a cup of rice, apprx 12 shrimp, and mushrooms divided equally. Yum.
