Here is how you make Shrimp Fried Rice:

Cook rice and refrigerate at least 1 hr prior to making dish. Add shrimp, spring onion, and thawed vegetables cooking on medium to high heat for 5-10 minutes. Next add rice and soy sauce to pan and stir occasionally for 10 minutes. Spread rice to the outside of the pan creating a hole in the center where you will add oil and eggs.
