Prepare and saute garlic, onions and peppers in large frying pan or wok coated witih cooking spray for approximately 5 minutes and then pour in peas and push to side of pan. Spray cleared space with Pam and add beaten egg, scramble. Spoon on top of sauteed vegetable mixture at the side of pan.Mix water, soy sauce, honey, sesame oil, and pour onto clear side of pan. Add shrimp, stir, cover and cook another 5 minutes or until shrimp turn pink.
