Chop one Med onion
1 can black beans
1 can chick peas
1/2 chopped red pepper
1/2 chopped green pepper
1 chopped jalapeno pepper
1 can diced tomatoes un-drained
1-2 TBSP Chili Powder
1 Cup dry while rice cooked as directed


How Do I Make Spicy turckey and Wild rice?

Here is how you make Spicy turckey and Wild rice:

Brown turkey and onion until cooked through. Add peppers and let cook while stiring until peppers are softened. Add black beans and chick peas (I drain mine). Add chilli powder and any other spices you may like. Add can of diced tomatoes un-drained and turn on low-med cover and simmer while rice cooks. Cook rice seperatly and add to turkey mixture. I often drain my rice right before it's done and add it to the mix so that the rice can finish cooking in the seasonings of everything else.
