Here is how you make Wild Rice Stuff Acorn Squash:

Preheat oven to 400 degrees. Place acorn squash halves cut-side-down on a jellyroll pan. Pour 1/2 cup water into pan and place in oven. Bake 30 minutes or until fork-tender.heat 1 tablespoon oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Add/crumble turkey sausage, garlic and sliced mushrooms. Add in wild rice and chicken broth; cook adding more broth/water as needed to absorb rice.Fill each squash cavity with wild rice mixture.
