*Brown Rice, long grain, .5 cup (remove)
Cilantro, raw, 2 tbsp (remove)
Serrano Peppers, .5 pepper (remove)
*Balsamic Vinegar, 2 tbsp (remove)
Olive Oil, 2 tbsp (remove)

Here is how you make Serrano Steak with Mango Slaw and Cilantro Rice (Hello Fresh):

1. Halve, peel, and thinly slice red onion. Dice the remaining half onion. 2. In a small pot, heat 1/2 tbsp olive oil over medium heat. Add diced onion and cook- tossing 2-3 minutes. Add rice and toss to cook. Add 1 1/2 c water and large pinch of salt. Bring to boil. Cover and simmer for 15 minutes until rice is tender. 3. Peel mango, and slice fruit into matchsticks. 4. Zest and juice the lime. 5. Chop cilantro leaves and stems- keeping them seperate. 6. Mince garlic and serrano pepper. 7. Make Marinade: In shallow dish, combine 1 1/2 tbsp olive oil, balsamic vinegar, garlic and half of serrano pepper.. Add salt & pepper. Add steak and coat on both sides to marinate. Leave for 10 minutes each sie if you have time. 8. Make Mango Slaw: Toss mango, cilantro stems, sliced onion and half of lime zest in medium bowl with lime juice. 9. Cook Steak: Heat large pan over med- high heat. Add steak and cook 4-5 minutes per side for medium. Slice against grain. 10. Stir cilantro and remaining lime zest into rice. 11.
