*Oyster Sauce, 2 tbsp

Here is how you make Stir fried Tofu and Vegetables w/Brown Rice:

**Cook brown rice according to package directions first**Prep:*coarsely chop 3 cloves garlic*slice 1 small onion*coarsely chop 1 bunch of broccoli*slice 1 medium carrot at a slant*slice 1 cup sweet red pepper*coarsely chop 2 cups fresh cabbage*strain 1 block Tofu, then cut in to 1/2 inch stripsCook:Heat sesame oil and add onions and fresh garlic. Stir fry until onions are translucent. Add fresh broccoli and cabbage, stirring occassionally. Season with garlic powder and black pepper to taste. Add 2 fl. oz. of water and remaining vegetables. Add 2 tbsp. of oyster sauce and remaining 2 fl. oz. of water and stir until oyster sauce has mixed well with all ingredients. Add firm tofu the last minute or two of cooking time and cover.
