1 C Mushrooms
1 Zucchini
1/2 Red Bell Pepper
1/2 Yellow Bell Pepper
1 C Spinach
1 Can Diced Tomatoes
1 Tbs Tomato Paste
Italian Seasoning to taste
Garlic salt to taste
Salt and Pepper to taste

Here is how you make Stuffed Bell Peppers (No rice):

1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees2. Wrap the green bell peppers in foil, and put in a baking dish. Bake 15 minutes and then remove3. In a skillet over medium heat, cook the turkey until done. Set aside. Heat oil in the skillet, and cook onion, mushrooms, zucchini, red bell pepper, yellow bell pepper, and spinach until tender. Put turkey in the vegetable mix. Add tomatoes and tomato paste, and season with Italian seasoning, garlic salt, salt, and pepper until it taste right for you.
