Put in crock pot, add cabbage mix (I used a bag of coleslaw mix, veggies only that included cabbage, onion and green pepper - next time I will shred some lettuce, I like bigger pieces of cabbage), a bag of cauliflower rice, tomatoes and seasoning. (I love Greek seasoning, you could use an Italian seasoning) Cook on low for 8 hours (I cooked on high for two and then low for 4). Serve with mashed potatoes.
