Brown Sugar, 1 tsp unpacked to glaze veggies
*Extra Light Olive Oil, 2 tbsp to fry veggies.

Your favorite hot sauce or cayenne pepper sauce. to taste

Serve over White Rice, medium grain, 4 cup (2 cups uncooked - you will have leftover rice for another meal!)
