What Are The Ingredients For Sweet Rice Recipe?

The ingredients for Sweet Rice are:

2 c. rice (I use brown, my mom used white)
1 small onion chopped
2-3 cloves garlic, minced
3.5 cups chicken broth or veggie broth (I use I rice cooker but if using a pot you should follow the suggested liquid ratio for the type of rice you are using)
fresh or dried herbs (thyme, pepper, parsley..whatever you like or none at all)
2 Tbsp. Olive Oil


How Do I Make Sweet Rice?

Here is how you make Sweet Rice:

Saute onions and garlic in olive oil until soft and clear, add rice and mix together. If using a pot instead of a rice cooker do the first step in the pot, if using rice cooker transfer to the rice cooker. Add the broth and whatever herbs you want.
