3- 14 oz cans NSA diced tomatoes, pureed
2 Tbs NSA tomato paste
1/2 lb crab meat, fully cooked
12 small clams
1 lb shrimp, med, shelled and de-veined
1/2 lb scallops
1 lb white fish (talapia) cut in 1" pieces
2 Tbs parsley, minced

6 cups cooked long grain rice

Sautee onion until translucent. add a little red wine vinegar if desired. add red pepper and green pepper and sautee until softened.add vinegar and boil until evaporated.add red wine, oregano, and bay leaves and simmer 5 min.stir in tomato puree and tomato paste and bring to boiladd seafood and simmer uncovered about 5 min or until cooked through.
