Soy Sauce over Medium-high heat stirring occaisionally until the soy sauce is completely absorbed.2. Scramble all the eggs in a bowl and pour evenly over the tuna. Stir constantly until the eggs are fully cooked. (You can add some more soy sauce and/or some of the Garlic Salt, as the tuna and eggs absorb a lot of flavor.)3.
