.25 cup Onions, chopped
1 clove *Garlic, minced
.5 cup 2% Milkfat, Cottage Cheese,
1 oz Parmesan Cheese, grated

Here is how you make Tuna-rice stuffed peppers:

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Cook rice according to package directions. Halve and clean green pepper. In small bowl mix tuna, rice, celery, onions, garlic and cottage cheese. Add lemon pepper to taste, mix well. Stuff peppers, place in an oven proof baking dish and bake for about 40 minutes, until peppers are soft and filling is hot. Sprinkle Parmesan cheese over pepper halves and return to oven for ten minutes.
