Here is how you make Kathleen's Wok-Fried Vegetable Rice:

1. Prepare both cauliflower rice and quinoa/rice according to package instructions (steamed in microwave for 2-5 minutes)2. Reserve rices3. Chop broccoli into flowerets and bite sized pieces.4. Mix broccoli and broccoli slaw in one bowl and marinate with 2 tablespoons of teriyaki, 2 tablespoons of garlic, and 2 tablespoons of turmeric5. Chop peppers and slice leeks into small round slices6. Mix peppers and leeks into one bowl and marinate with 2 tablespoons of teriyaki, 2 tablespoons of garlic, and 2 tablespoons of turmeric7. Melt 2 tablespoons of coconut oil in wok8. Wok-fry broccoli and broccoli slaw on high for 5 minutes9. Add peppers and leeks and wok-fry for another 3 minutes10.
