Prepare both cauliflower rice and quinoa/rice according to package instructions (steamed in microwave for 2-5 minutes)2. Reserve rices3. Chop broccoli into flowerets and bite sized pieces.4. Mix broccoli and broccoli slaw in one bowl and marinate with 2 tablespoons of teriyaki, 2 tablespoons of garlic, and 2 tablespoons of turmeric5. Chop peppers and slice leeks into small round slices6.
