2 1/2 cups slicede mushrooms
3 cups frozen mixed veggies: lima beans, corn, peas green beans and carrots
2 small onions, chopped
1 cup scallions, chopped green and white parts
2 tbsp. of sesame seeds

Here is how you make Pork "Fried" Vegetable Mushroom Rice:

Preheat a large deep skillet over med. high heat. Spray generously with nonstick cooking spray. While pan is preheating, chop onions and mushrooms and add to pan. Saute' until muhrooms are brown and onions are tender. Take out mushrooms and onions when done and set aside.Add ground pork to pan and cook until brown and very crumbly. Add the ingredients from the box of helper, including the three cups of mixed vegetables.Bring mixture to a boil, stir in te salt alternative, reduce to low, cover and cook for 20 minutes stirring ocassionaly.
