Prepare 6 c. brown rice according to directionsIn a wok or large saute pan, add one tbsp. extra virgin olive oil and bring to medium-high heat.Add onion and stir until softened, add broccoli, then peas and sprouts, and peppers last. Stir fry approx. 10-12 minutes, heating vegetables evenly. Add chili sauce and soy sauce to mixture and cook through another 1-2 minutes.
