Here is how you make Brown Rice and Veggie stirfry:

Bring water to boil, add 1 tsp salt. Add brown rice and lower heat, simmer for 30-45min until soft. Use a non-stick pan, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add onions and sautee until glassy. Add remaining salt, pepper, garlic and stir. Add frozen veggies and leave on heat until veggies are warm but still crunchy. When rice is done, drain excess water and add to pan with veggie mix. Stir through until fully mixed. If you like, you can leave it on heat while stirring to get rid of excess water that may still have been in the rice. Makes 4-6 servings.
