I was in a hurry to get my kids fed & ready for my dad to take them for the weekend,I had no sitter so I could run to the store,so I just threw together some cooked white rice,with a bag of peas&carrots,a bag of corn,saute some onions & mushrooms,opened a can of cream of chicken soup & called it a day.
