Here is how you make Veggie Lasagne with Rice Noodle:

Preheat oven to 375 degrees F. In medium bowl mix: Olive oil, tomatoes, 1 tsp garlic powder, and 4 tsp Italian Seasoning. Set aside. In small bowl combine Ricotta Cheese and eggs. Using 13 x 9 pan, pour 1 cup tomato mixture into bottom of pan. Spread ricotta mixture onto lasagna noodles, placing in pan one at a time until there is one layer. Add 1/4 zucchini and spinach to pan. Continue to layer with 1/4 mozzarella, parmesan, and tomato mixture. There will be four layers. Cover with aluminum foil and bake 50 minutes.
