Here is how you make Pear and Gorgonzola Risotto:

Toast walnuts in oven until fragrant. About 5-7 minutes at 350.Peel, core, and slice pearsHeat chicken broth in microwave or stovetop.Saute chopped onions in olive oil until translucent. Add garlic and sage, saute 1-2 minutes. Add rice and saute until all grains are coated by oil and white dots form on grains. Slowly start adding chicken broth, 1 cup at a time. Stir until absorbed by rice and add another cup. Keep repeating until rice is al dente. Add gorgonzola and parmesan, stir until melted. Add pears and walnuts, sit until combined.
