Here is how you make BBC Risotto:

Cook rice and water on high until hot enough to bubble, then reduce to medium low to reduce. While reducing, chop broccoli and cheddar, and open can of beans. Warm the beans in small skillet or saucepan, with 1 teaspoon of the boullion. Add second teaspoon boullion to the rice. When rice is nearly cooked, add cheddar and broccoli, and stir. Remove from heat.
