1 cup bulgar
3 slices stale or toasted bread
1 tsp sage
1/2 tsp salt
2 large eggs
1/2 canned evaporated milk

1 small onion
2 tbs finely chopped celery
2 tbs vegetable oil

Here is how you make Bulgar Roast:

cook bulgar in 2 cups cold water and salt. Toast 3 slices bread, break into bowel and add 1 tsp sage, 1/2 tsp salt, 2 beaten eggs, 1/2 cup hot canned milk, 1/2 cup hot water. Let stand. Cut very fine onion and celery and simmer in 2 tbs oil until soft. When done pour into bread mixture and mix in. When bulgar is done mix one can mushroom soup in and stir well.
