Toast 3 slices bread, break into bowel and add 1 tsp sage, 1/2 tsp salt, 2 beaten eggs, 1/2 cup hot canned milk, 1/2 cup hot water. Let stand. Cut very fine onion and celery and simmer in 2 tbs oil until soft. When done pour into bread mixture and mix in. When bulgar is done mix one can mushroom soup in and stir well. Mix bulgar and bread mixture together.
