Here is how you make Mrs. Lesson's Roast:

Place roast in large baking dish, add salt & pepper to taste, surround with peppers and onions and pour chili sauce & water mixture over it.Bake in 350 degree oven (30 min/lb); first 45 min's covered with foil. Remove foil and baste with chili sauce mixture every 10-15 min for remainder of cooking time. Remove meat & let stand for 20-30 min.
