4 T. Worcestershire sauce
4 T. lemon juice
4 cloves garlic mashed and peeled
Sea salt and ground black pepper


How Do I Make East Pot Roast?

Here is how you make East Pot Roast:

Preheat oven to 250* F. Spray roasting pan or large casserole(including lid) with cooking spray. Smash and peel 4 cloves of garlic, set aside. In small measuring cup combine W. sauce and lemon juice. Place roast (frozen works best) in casserole dish and pour sauce mixture over it. Put garlic on top. grind salt and pepper over all (about 15 cranks of each) Place lid on dish and bake for 4 hours at 250*. If adding potatoes and carrots do so after fist 4 hours. After 4 hours turn oven temp to 350* and continue baking one more hour.Serving Size:?6-8
