Place Roast in the bottom of a slow cooker. Add vegetables ontop of the meat and then all other ingredients ontop of the veggies. Cook on low for 8-10 hours. That is it!!! * Sorry....the cooking time is in minutes and would not let me change the time to hours. Since this is a slow cooker recipe you will need to cook this for at least 8-10 hours.One dish meal and it's delicious.
