Here is how you make Wine Marinated Pot Roast:

Using a fork pierce the beef in several places. Chop up two cloves of garlic and push pieces into the fork holes. Rub steak spice on top of the roast.In a shallow pan mix 1/2 cup of red wine and 1/2 cup of beef broth. Sit roast in the marinade over night.In the morning heat olive oil in a pan and sear both sides of roast saving marinade. Place roast in crock pot with marinade and an extra 1/2 cup of beef broth. Add 2 onions, 5-6 stalks of celery, chopped. Slice some mushrooms and lay on top of the roast. Cook on low for 10 hours.Ta Da! Yummy fall-apart succulent pot roast.
