Preheat oven to 500 (or broil setting)Mix chicken and remaining 4 ingredients in bowl well.Spray a cookie sheet with Pam (i use parchment paper so i don't get a terrible burning smell in the house)Fill each tortilla with about 2/3 c mixture and a spinkle of the Sargento and roll and place on cookie sheet.Once done, spray the tops of the rolled tortillas with Pam, which will help it get a 'crispy' shell in the oven.Bake/broil for 6-7 min.
