Here is how you make Roasted Veggies and Orzo:

Cut chicken into cubes.Cut all veggies (except tomatoes) into chunks.Throw veggies, tomatoes and garlic into a glass baking dish and coat with olive oil. Season with salt and pepper.Bake in oven on 425 for about 30-40 minutes, stirring about every 5 minutes to keep veggies from sticking to baking dish.Cook chicken in pan until done.Cook orzo according to package directions. When orzo is complete place it in a bowl and mix in the lemon juice, feta and basil. Let sit for 5 minutes.
