-I can mushrooms
- 2-3 chunks imitation crab meat
- 1/4 c. onion, chopped
- 1 tb butter
- 1/4 c milk
- 1 tb flour
- 1/4 c mozarella cheese

Here is how you make Tilapia Roll Ups:

Sautee onions with nonstick cooking spray. Add mushrooms & crabmeat. Pour sauteed mixture over fish and make a roll. Place into a baking dish seam side down. In your pan melt 1 tb butter. Add flour. Then add milk & a few tablespoons of water. Bring to a boil and stir until thickened.Pour over your fish. Put into the oven and bake for 25 minutes at 400 F.
