1 tblsp melted margarine
1 egg beaten
1 cup lukewarm water
4 tblsp sugar
1 tsp salt
flour - enought to make a soft dough - about 4 cups


How Do I Make Quick Yeast Rolls?

Here is how you make Quick Yeast Rolls:

Mix all ingredients, EXCEPT flour and let stand for 10 minutes.Add enough flour to make a soft dough. Knead dough a few times and shape into rolls about the size of two golf balls. (Makes 9 rolls)Place in greased 8x8 pan. Rise in oven that was preheated to 150 degrees. Turn oven off and put on highest rack with pan of hot water on shelf below it. Rise for about 1 1/2 hours.
