1 clove garlic minced or crushed
5 tbsp olive oil
2 tbsp fresh lemon juice
1/2 tsp chervil
1/2 tsp marjoram
1/4 tsp dried mint
1/2 tsp dried thyme
1/8 tsp dried tarragon
1/2 tsp sea salt or Spike
fresh ground pepper

If rice is already cooked, reduce time to 15 minutes.Heat oil in a large skillet or wok. Add zucchini slices, toss. Sprinkle with water and continue tossing for several minutes until zucchini turns a brighter color. Add basil and oregano. Toss gently and set aside.Prepare Garlic Herb Dressing by adding all ingredients except oil, whisk until blended, then whisk in oil OR add all ingredients into blender or food processor.Wash and dry the lettuce and break into bite sized pieces, combine with spinach or arugula and sprouts.
